Responsibility for content
The content of our pages has been drawn up with great care. However, I am not in a position to guarantee the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the content. In accordance with Article 7(1) of the DDG, we, as service providers, are responsible for their own content on these pages under the general laws. However, under Articles 8 to 10 of the DDG, we are not required, as service providers, to monitor the information of others transmitted or stored, or to seek facts or circumstances indicating illegal activity. This is without prejudice to any obligation to withdraw or block the use of information under general law. However, liability in that regard is possible only once a specific infringement has been committed. If such an infringement is discovered, I shall remove that content as soon as possible.

Responsibility for links
Our tender contains links to outside sites of third parties, the content of which has no influence. That is why I cannot guarantee that foreign content either. The content of the linkées pages is always the responsibility of the supplier or the operator of the pages. At the time when the link was established, the referenced pages were subject to a review of the existence of possible infringements of the law. The illegal content was not identifiable at the time when the link was established. However, in the absence of specific evidence of an infringement of the law, it is not possible to require constant review of the content of the linkées pages. If infringements are discovered, I shall immediately remove those links.
